Golden Hills Nature Park is a favorite area for local residents to engage with nature and refresh their spirit. There are a number of paths crisscrossing the landscape and many lead to the nearby neighborhoods beckoning all to get out for a stroll.

This scene is so evocative of how refreshing and uplifting it is when hiking on a trail in the fall with the sunlight backlighting the black oak trees in their fall color and casting patches of skipping light on the ground. A desire to explore further is heightened as one’s senses take in the glory of the landscape.
