On the edge of evening, out beyond the endless fields of rye, I caught sight of a small group of cattle making their way to a stand of huge, old willow trees. Perhaps out for an after dinner stroll, perhaps just coming home.

Inspirational Statement:
In Tehachapi there are views across the valley to the hills, views looking down from winding roads on the side of the hills, and my favorite views like this, deep into and among the hills where I can almost feel Mother Earth giving me a hug.
