"Cut Bank”
12x16 Oil on linen board $1,600
The rhythms of Nature fascinate me. It is the relationships of these rhythms that I paint.
This ocher cut bank beside a country road offered a contrast to the dark green oaks on the hill and the backlit clouds drifting in the blue sky. All things are connected in Nature.
“Dancing over Cub Lake”
Oil on linen board 11x14 $1,400
Bear Valley’s floor and surrounding mountains sported patches of snow.
Barron trees of late winter reflected in Cub Lake. Wispy clouds danced through the late winter sky completing this scene. All I had to do was join in the dance and wed these elements together.
“Open Land”
Oil on linen board 10x15 $1,300
Just off a main road through Tehachapi I came across golden fields and dark green oaks of Springtime. The cool colors of the distant mountain created a pleasing harmony against the warmth of the foreground.
