Dawn at Brite Lake was breathtakingly beautiful with its reflections of sky and trees, and I was fortunate to catch it on a day when there were clouds tinged pink by the rising sun.

How could I not paint this buck when he allowed me to get up close to take a dozen photos? I would have taken more, but after a bit he had a look of annoyance in his eyes and I decided I didn't want to tangle with those antlers.
